Join us for a restorative evening session of Yoga for Lived Experience Self Care and a light meal afterwards.
The yoga session will run for be 90 minutes long and will focus on techniques for checking in with ourselves and breathing and exercises that we can use throughout the day to stay centered, grounded, and to manage our stress, frustration, energy, and intentions.
