Brook RED in partnership with Brisbane North PHN are delighted to bring you dialogue social - a  new concept for Peer Workers to network, connect and share  - a space to learn from each other and network your little socks off. 

We will host a space where you can gather and talk about all things Lived Experience, have informal Community of Practice chats and enjoy hearing some "Show & Tell" stories from experienced Peer Workers as well as State Updates on what is happening with our workforce.  We will also chat and play so we remember to balance out our work with wellbeing, have a laugh and a bit of fun.

Tickets will cost $99 per person, for that you get a half day of facilitated sessions, a goodie bag, some morning tea and fun peer activities & ideas to go back to your own community with.

9.00-9.45am              Morning Tea Ice-breaker & Networking Session.
 

9.45-10.45am            “Peer Worker Show & Tell” - this will be a storytelling session featuring a panel
                                   of experienced Peer Workers talking about training & their practice

10.45-11.15am          Queensland Lived Experience Workforce -  Sector News Update
                                   from National Movers and Shakers who can give you the latest news 
                     

11.15-12.30pm          Purposeful Play Time – Table Activities with your peers to learn new stuff about                                      Reflective Practice & managing your wellbeing in this work

12.30-3.30pm             Peer Worker Picnic @ New Farm - Chill and Chat spaces

Event ends at Venue, but continues on at New Farm Park for a casual BYO Peer Worker Picnic

We'll supply some games and fun.

Not sure yet, we have had to turn this around pretty fast due to the cancellation of the main dialogue conference event so we'll do our best but keep checking here for updates.
